Incubation Science Hub In Kapurthala

Union Ministry of Science and Technology has approved setting up of Regional Incubation Science Hub for innovators - RISHI - at Pushpa Gujral Science City , Kapurthala.

Disclosing this on 19th November 2011 on concluding day of two day science festival at Science city the Director General of Science City Dr R S Khandpur said that under the RISHI programme talented students would be encouraged to pursue ideas with potential during their internship at Science City .

He told that last year city had received 4.25 lakh visitors and till now more than 21 lakh visitors had visited the science city.
