Cloudburst In Doda

In Jammu and Kashmir at least six people are feared killed and some houses, dhabas and other infrastructure got washed away when a cloudburst hit Doda district on evening of 8 th june 2010. Due to natural calamity, four vehicles also got buried under the massive mudslides and the road link of twin mountainous districts of Doda and Kishtwar completely got snapped with the rest of the State. The natural catastrophe hit the Ramgarh area near Bagger, about 15 kilometers from Batote, on Doda-Kishtwar National Highway at around 6.30 pm when the area was experiencing rainfall.
